Coronavirus Update May 2020

During the current Coronavirus crisis, we want to reassure our customers that we are open for business. We are operating our breakdown emergency service and our service and installation work as usual. All of our work can be implemented providing appropriate control measures are put in place. The Government has recognised that our industry is delivering essential services in the utilities sector and they have therefore extended COVID-19 testing capacity to all key workers and their households with symptoms. No work will be carried out by our engineers that have the virus symptoms, however mild. If any do have symptoms, they will be tested to ensure they are clear of infection before returning to work.

To protect our customers and our staff we are taking the following measures:

When booking a call, you may be asked a set of questions relating to your current isolation and health status and our engineers may also ask the same upon their arrival. You will be asked to ensure that safe distancing measures are implemented as far as is reasonably practicable.

Our engineers are versed in the precaution measures they must adhere to and are fully equipped with relevant PPE. This will ensure both your and their safety.

Thank you for valued custom and your support and understanding. Please do call to discuss any concerns if helpful.
